Loop's New Electronic Programming Guide: Intuitive Design and More Features

If you currently have a Loop Player installed in your business, you’ve probably noticed Loop for Business has a brand new look! The latest update, which our development team just launched, has brought a carefully redesigned EPG (Electronic Programming Guide) interface to the Loop Player.

All of the channels on Loop are carefully curated by our programming team with different venue settings in mind, and we are constantly updating and adding new playlists and content to satisfy the diverse needs of our clients. But, of course, you’ll always have the option to customize a schedule and select it right from the screen, a new feature for the Loop Player. Once you’ve created your own schedule in your business portal, you'll see it as a selectable channel at top of the menu.

Under “Shows”, you can find all the non-music playlists like sports, news, lifestyle, viral, trailers, and kids. And since music videos are the most in-demand and diverse content that Loop offers, we’ve built a dedicated section under “Playlists” that houses all existing playlists - including the ones that you’ve created in your portal. In addition, you can now use filters such as mood, genre, decade, and activity to search for the most fitting playlists based on your customers’ preferences or the mood you want to establish in your venue. With a more organized and intuitive design with many additional features, our goal was to ensure the new EPG interface is making Loop’s user experience as smooth as possible. We hope you’re enjoying Loop’s new look as much as we do!Check out our support site for frequently asked questions and more.
