how do I create a schedule?

Sign in to your Business Portal. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it HERE.

Select the (+) sign next to 'Schedules' from the left-hand menu to create a new schedule. You'll be prompted to give your schedule a name.

You should now have a blank schedule - click "Add Playlist" in the top right-hand corner, and select a playlist or business TV channel to add for a specific day, or choose 'daily' for all week. Then, choose the time you want your scheduled playlist or channel to start.

Until you add another playlist, the scheduled content will play continuously throughout the day.

Once you add another content block, you'll be able to view the point at which the schedule changes.

Continue adding content blocks until you are satisfied. Your schedule will be saved automatically as you go. To learn how to apply this schedule to your Loop Player, head over HERE.
