Loop

setting up your loop player

First, remove the Loop Player, HDMI cable, remote control, power supply cable, and 3.5mm to RCA audio cable from the box (these items are shown below from left to right).

Next, plug the power cable in to the back of your Loop Player. Then, plug the HDMI cable into your TV. Ensure that your TV is powered on.

With your TV remote or menu buttons, select the HDMI input that your Loop Player is connected to.

Use the remote control provided with your Loop Player to turn on the device by pressing the red power button (if it has not powered on automatically). The front of the player will have a red light if the device is plugged in but not turned on and a blue light if it is turned on. Once powered on, you should then see this screen:

To use Loop, you will have to connect to Wi-fi, or use an ethernet connection to connect to the Internet. If you choose to connect to Wi-Fi, choose your network and enter your password using your Loop Player remote control.

Once you've connected to a network, open the Loop app with your remote control at the home page by selecting "OPEN LOOP". You may be prompted to enter your 6-digit code if your player was not pre-activated.

Navigate on any device to loop.tv/activate and input the email address associated with the account (the email used for signing up). This will generate the 6-digit code required to activate your player. Again, if the player was pre-registered by Loop Media before shipping, this step of generating a code is not necessary and you can move on to connecting to the Internet.

Once you've entered the 6-digit code, you can start enjoying all of the Loop short form content offerings. Contact us at (888) 991-LOOP with any issues, or email support@loop.tv.
