In the left-hand menu, click the small (+) sign next to the “Custom Logo” option. Drag and drop your .png or .jpeg logo image into the pop-up and click, “Save”. If you already have a logo uploaded, the (+) sign will show as a pencil icon (edit).



Note that this will add your logo to the upper-left-hand corner of ALL your players/screens in your account.

 logo for any of your additional players/screens, you will need to upload the desired logo to the checkered “Custom Logo Override” box on the right-hand side of the screen when you are viewing a specific player in your business portal.

Click on the checkered box and proceed to upload your .png or .jpeg logo file.

From the left-hand side menu under 'Signage Sets' click on the signage set you would like to edit. You can edit the frequency that the signage will show, as well as edit the time of day and days of the week the signage will show, and set start and end dates for each piece of creative you've added.

To change the frequency with which the signage set is shown, you can click on the drop-down menu next to the set or text ticker - you can choose between "run every video", "run continuously" or a preset frequency - every 3 videos for example.

If you want to change the day and time that the digital signage runs (Happy Hour on Tuesdays, for example), click on the pen in the top corner of the signage set.

From this window, you can select the date range for the signage to run, the time frame and the days of the week on which you'd like the signage set to show.

Your signage set will update in near real-time once saved.

Once you've uploaded your files to your signage set, it's easy to apply the set to the correct Loop player. If you need help creating a set, visit our article about 

To select a signage set, choose the Loop player from which you'd like to display the signage. In this example, we've chosen the Loop player we named, "Patio Player." From this screen, you'll see a drop-down menu in the right-hand corner where you can choose the desired signage set.

In the left-hand drop-down menu, click the small (+) sign next to signage sets. You will be prompted to name your signage set. Then click 'add sign.'

Your digital signage set has five components: an overlay image (.jpg/.png), video overlays (.mp4 with or without audio), optimized website URL, RSS feed, and a text ticker.

 will be displayed over your content stream at the frequency you choose for 15 seconds each time an image shows.

 will be displayed over your content stream at the frequency you choose and for the duration of the video file. A video containing audio will play with audio, and a video without audio will allow the audio from the content you have playing to continue to play uninterrupted. 

 will be displayed along the bottom of the screen and travel left to right at the frequency you choose. You have the option to add a background for better visibility and choose the color and opacity for both the text and background. 

 options vary depending on the content. 

The ideal aspect ratio for uploaded images and videos is 16:9. Anything less than a 4:3 ratio will be cropped. The max resolution is 1920x1080 for images.

Drag and drop your image or video files into the designated pop-up area. 

You can then choose start and end dates and times, and select which days of the week you want the signage or text to show.

For RSS Feed, URL, and Text, simply choose your desired tab and follow the prompts.

If you've logged into your business portal lately, you might have noticed a new update: our Digital Signage library.

Gone are the days of having to separately upload the same artwork for each signage set you need to create.  Now, all your artwork, scrolling text tickers, RSS feeds or websites are located in one single signage library. You don't have to recreate your signs for each location or screen.

You simply click the edit button at the top right corner of each sign, and then easily update the start and end date or any other changes. You can also update the hours and even days of the week when you want the signage to be displayed.

Signage sets are groupings of signs that can be manipulated and applied to your individual Loop TVs. From the drop down menu at the right of the signage set, you can set the frequency - you can have signage that runs continuously, or an interval of videos. The signage set will play in its entirety based on the interval you select.

You can still edit the individual signs from this panel as well.
